Over the last two years, Ms. Hallinan has taught almost one-thousand students in classroom instructor-led and student-led facilitated courses.  In each course, students were requested to complete a course evaluation survey and provide feedback on the quality and knowledge of instructor, overall experience and customer satisfaction.   On a zero to five scale, 99% of Ms. Hallinan’s students rated her a score 5 for subject matter expertise, ability to explain complex material in understandable terms, preparedness, organization and classroom control.  Students also expressed great satisfaction with Ms. Hallinan’s responsiveness to student questions, relevant examples to enhance learning, humor and practical operational tools.  To illustrate these points, the following excerpts from student evaluations are provided:
