Acquisition At Your Service, LLC was founded by federal Acquisition Professionals and maintains a focus on supporting a full suite of federal acquisitions services, including private sector seminars and training to navigate federal procurement opportunities.  AAYS is a small, woman-owned company.  The company owner, Ms. Sharon E. Hallinan, is a seasoned acquisition professional with over 24 years of current real-world Contracting Officer/Acquisition Specialist experience supporting many agencies, in both federal program and acquisition environments. We are experienced acquisition and contracting specialists who are available in a wide variety of capacities to train and work specialized federal contracting requirements.
